LAICO boasts a portfolio of diverse product range of hotels having over 3500 rooms rated from 3 to 5-stars, from city center hotels catering mainly to the growing demand of businessmen to lodges in the heart of Africa's finest wildlife national parks.

Some of those hotels and lodges are owned outright by LAICO, others are jointly owned. Most are being managed by professional management companies, thus optimizing quality control and guest satisfaction.

Mr. Aziz Milad the Chairman of the LAICO Hotels Management Company is the General President Director of the TTS Group created in 1968, TTS was an incoming holiday services agency.
Throughout development of Tunisian tourism sector, TTS turned into a group whose core business is tourism and travelling range, especially focussed on

   - The incoming holiday services
   - The hotel business
   - The airline transport

TTS group owns four hotels, which are considered as the jewels of the hotel industry in Tunisia. Located in the main seaside resorts of the country, the capacity of these hotels totals 4,000 beds and realise an average rate of occupation of 80% as they are commercialised by the leading European tour operators.

Mr Aziz Milad ownes Nouvelair Charter Company with more than 1.5 million passengers a year, and 14 Aircfafts type Airbus A320.
